Exchange Policy

  1. We do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges for defective or damaged products.

  2. A one-time exchange is available within 24 Hours of delivery for eligible products.

  4. Your request must include:

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • An unboxing video as proof of damage/defect
